Khadija’s Kuzina, Essaouira
It may not actually be in Marrakech, located in Essaouira, but as this is one of the best authentic cooking workshops in Morocco, we simply had to include it in our round up.
Why is it so good? Well, because you actually get to learn to cook in a local home where you can gain culinary tips passed down from generation to generation.
Khadija’s Kuzina is a sociable local-owned cooking class run by Khadija and her husband, Hussein, from their own home.
They cater for small groups of two to four people which means you get much more hands-on lessons.
Unlike many other classes where you prepare your own meals, this cooking class involves the whole group making one large meal made up of different dishes to enjoy family-style.

No problem. Khadija’s Kuzina is the place to do it.
